By my calcs another SGSI R/S will have wiped out 250,000,000 (250 million) real shareholder shares, shareholders that put 10 million dollars into the original real company, and SGSI will have dropped their share count down to 4166.6 shares after the next R/S while handing out 1 Billion new shares to a Wavetech scam (Genesis 4.0 scam ?) and cleverly not R/S the 50.1% free shares handed out to the SGSI mismanagement team????
