The dilution is not disputed on this board. In October the OS was at 100mm and now over 300mm. With april report from otc markets it will likely be over 400mm.

3a10 toxic debt completed in February. Guess what more is coming now (91mm shares) and in the future. You don't settle $900,000 debt with Auctus fund for nothing. They want to be paid. Daniel said 5 toxic notes are outstanding and nobody knows how much or with who. How do you think BRK will settle these notes with 0 cash? Shares shares shares!!
