Let’s not lose hope of winning.
Just because it’s taking forever doesn’t mean we cannot or won’t win.
This is a country where the rule of law dominates, so you cannot infringed some one’s goods and get away with it.
We cannot blame the defendants for fighting back, I would do the same if I was in their shoes. This why we have a court of law to award justivce to those who were hurt in the process.
The patents are owned by someone and this someone wants to be paid for the use of it not getting it stolen by everyone.
Let’s reverse the roles. If anyone of us would have infringed a patent, we would be worried to get caught, well these cable companies have been caught and now the court will make them pay.
I rest my case. I am long till the end and I don’t worry about losing, I just hope we get it done sooner than later.
