Over time investors are manipulated by price movement that is controlled by day traders and MMs, barring any news driving the stock in short term crashes or rallies.

If SHMP is not going up for days, and as volume continues to fall, the price will slip till it crashes, because it is currently over valued, barring any real block buster news that run it way up or way down. Not all possible news is rally news.
