As long as CSNY issues a Subpoena Duces Tecum for the Stipulation the LT will have to produce it at or before the hearing. And if they don't the hearing date will be extended. The court cannot expect CSNY to craft her response until she has ample time to study the stipulation.

Also, CSNY's request for costs and fees is not a request for her lawyer time. I have never seen a lawyer acting pro se get an award for lawyer fees. In court there are filing fees, costs to get subpoena's served personally or by mail, copy costs, deposition costs etc and there are several attorneys involved who have to be noticed on everything filed. This would have been out of her pocket. The fact that she spent 200 hours on this means she forewent other opportunities that could have produced her income for that time. She might have paid others to research issues for her. When working on a document like this, it is hard to enjoy anything else in life. After you are done, your eyes feel like two piss holes in the snow. So shame on those who ridicule her for doing this.
