JL - regarding drug reps. I work in an academic setting and drug reps are not allowed now. I have worked with them in the past and I usually tried to avoid them.
That being said I think Amrn needs to hit marketing hard and early even if it means delaying profitability. Emails, digital advertising, journals, webinars, drug reps etc. Then once we get the Snda to hit DTC advertising hard.
