All that will be updated once the acquisition is announced. Notice though SIC Industry Classification was changed as well to Pharmaceutical Preparations. I do not recall see that.

Man we are getting so close now!

Next imo is the Audited Annual Report 10k and then followed by the 8k Acquisition which will be in Q2 April 1st-April 15th

Followed by Form 211 and Boom see ya at $1.00+++
