yea he's a real great guy, sold millions in worthless paper to suckers to keep the lights on or pay down the debt he accumulated through mismanagement of slnn, then when the debt was paid down, never filed any required sec documentation in order to have the shares revoked. he then took care of the insiders holding preferred shares. now he's dangling refiling of of the revoked commons to keep the previous shareholders off his back, and also from filing class action suit.....i can see why someone would be a fan
