A company uses one equity financing agreement at a time.

The LPC agreement was established in 2015 and the shares for last "tranche" of the deal have been registered. LPC is a venture capital and private equity firm.

Cantor is a full service investment bank with far greater access to institutions, organizations and people to place shares as needed going forward.

The move from LPC to an investment banking firm like Cantor was an upgrade in capital providers.
