Neither Larry nor Ponder will reply to a Canadian that loaned Mantra energy $10,000 weeks before Ponder/Hayter took over, about the status of his loan. He is super pissed, and he says he still could not trade SGSI shares in Canada last month. Another lie, being told the trade ban in BC-Canada was lifted 6 months ago???

Mantra and Larry exited stage left with $500,000 of SGSI debt cancelled for letting Mantra out the back door before the "off with their heads, let them eat cake" multiple R/S of SGSI that had no legitimate excuse for happening. I know one shareholder of the Mantra Energy subsidiary that Larry will not even talk to.

If Wavetech takes over they are going to get a bunch of nasty surprises near as I can tell.
