Since you intend to hold for the long haul, why not just wait a few months after Verb is on NASDAQ to see how it is doing? Here on the OTC, it means nothing because the SP is severely manipulated by the MM's. The MM's on NASDAQ are more reputable and are held to a higher standard. Can Verb be shorted on NASDAQ? Absolutely, but why would a smart investor short something with huge growth potential? I believe the shorting on NASDAQ will occur once Verb nears its true valuation (which is far higher than here on the OTC). Many think that the stock will fall to the level that the institutional investors will pay for the stock. I say BS mainly because of two reasons. The first is that the institutional investors that Rory talked to will not buy until Verb is VERB on NASDAQ (done deal on uplist). Secondly, the price they will pay is not the market price otherwise they would want even cheaper shares. This is one reason they have such a steep discount so that AGP can assure them they are getting a great deal if they decided to invest in Verb. Does everyone pay the same for a car? No, they don't. Ever heard of WD pricing? How about retail pricing? Retail (us) will pay the highest price for a product. Distributors (like AGP) will pay less. To entice large buyers (institutional investors), the distributor will sell at a discount to retail. Those that "hold" the shares will not let go at a loss if they are smart. Those that trade or short shares will often do that for various reasons. We have a lot of shares about to be held by institutional investors. Us longs already are holding, and Rory (biggest shareholder) hasn't sold a single share. Ever wonder why his team hasn't sold a share as well? They know something that we haven't learned of yet. Good thing to come very shortly imo.

Hope this helps.
