I offered you another way to play the dividend.
Take ROYT for instance, they pay monthly and pay between .01-.04 cents per month, to me thats a pawltry dividend. But if I buy in when they announce, around $1.80 a share and it runs to $2.10 pre X-date, Im selling pre X-date to bank the .30 cents share price appreciation in lieu of capturing a .04 cent dividend.
