The funniest part is that UOIP hasn't consummated the deal with Chanbond - they still owe $5 million - which could be a weasel clause to stiff the shareholders.

Cisco et el will certainly Appeal to the Supreme Court if they fail in the Circuit Court.

And we know the Supreme Court hasn't been kind to patent trolls in the last few years.
