It is OK to chase.

Smart traders don't try to buy at the low or sell at the high. We will give away 10-20% on either end if it means we are less likely to enter a bad trade.

What is the harm if a trader waits for news? At least then you'll know you have real news. To buy now is to invest in Hopium

Choice A - Buy the hope that news will someday come and its good

Choice B - Pay 20% more AFTER news is released

I'll take choice B every day. Its not like this stock is going to go up 100% before the open.
