Folks, Global Consortium is a gem, a real diamond in the rough still but that's all about to change when the reports come out. For starters, the audited annual report, due between now and April 1st, means that we have earnings, legitimacy, and now the opportunity to up-list to the QB and from there, ladies and gentlemen, we're off to the races.

Global is building this company from the ground up and, despite what some are saying, the OTC was not just a good place but maybe the only place to build this pure Cannabis company in the United States. Legality is still a big issue for the Cannabis industry and especially for the big boards. So, one step at a time: first we audit and then we up-list to the OTC-QB.

Now, once we've uplisted to the QB, jumping to the NASDAQ is mostly just a legal issue, from my perspective at least. And, I am so looking forward to that entire process over the next couple years: I will be watching closely our progress towards satisfying the NASDAQ listing requirements while at the same time watching Congress closely as they pass Bill after Bill on the way to full legalization. We may have a divided government right now but on this there is bipartisan agreement. In fact, this might be the only thing Congress gets done and I predict by 2020!

Things are moving so fast in this cannabis industry that it truly is a Cannabis Megatrend; some are even saying now that 2019 will be the year the United States fully legalizes. I don't know how Global Consortium can keep up but they are. In fact, they are not just keeping up, it's clear to me they are one giant step ahead again! Just like how they anticipated the Health & Wellness phenomenon, hemp legalization, and the huge demand for CBD oil, they will be ready also now for the full legalization of marijuana; think Tilray and their incredible run up to full legalization in Canada just last year, $300 PPS; way to be on top of this Tom Roland!

Bottom line:
10-1-18 Merged and Global is born.
12-31-18 GCGX completes first Qtr.
2018 Infused Edibles = $2 mil net.
2018 Hemp Farm = $4 mil net
2018 Total Expected = $6 mil net.
Global hired a company to audit.
Global hired a company to uplist, first to OTCQB and then we jump to the NASDAQ...

All Things Considered, not bad for a brand new company. In fact, explosive out of the gate and that's just for starters. Folks we are off to the races and in a big way with projected 2019 earnings of $100 million dollars, but, hold on to your hats, based on the numbers we have been given already, I think more than double what's been projected for this year is within the realm of possibilities!

Now, in 2020 when all of our income streams come online and we plant 1,400 acres times 2 crops in Colorado, OMG. And this doesn't even take into account the possibility of two additional hemp farms; California and New York we're both mentioned. Well, all things considered, and I know it's almost too good to be true, the sky is the limit here and we could be looking at a prize at the 2020 finish line in the hundreds and hundreds of million of dollars and riding high on the OTC, pun intended, or perhaps even the NASDAQ if we've legalized by then...

In the meantime, 2019, Global is working on a number of income streams that will get us to the finish line. So keep your eyes open and look for the following: Keep in mind, my hemp numbers are predicated on last year's hemp harvest where 15 acres = $4 mil as we were told; confirmation of this will be in the audited report and is coming in just a few more short days, April 1st:
Indulge Oils, back LOIs = $38.4 mil.
Infused Edibles = $4 mil.
Lake Tahoe distribution = $2.6 mil.
150 acre Spring harvest = $40 mil.
600 acre Fall harvest = $160 mil.
2019 Total = $245 mil, Potentially.

I think certainly by now you see my optimism and why I am so looking forward to the rest of 2019 and, just giddy to even think about what 2020 might bring for us, woohoo! It's plain to see for those who are really looking that we have an incredible opportunity here; like none I've ever seen, or at least been involved in, before, not even close! It's no wonder private money was willing to pay $1 per share! Okay now, It's time to launch this ship! Go $GCGX.
