Dr. Otiko has another 300 million shares to sell perhaps to reach the 1 billion authorized shares. At .002 that could be around $600,000 if the pps doesn’t tumble from here. He could then loan himself the money and next year record it as not collectible. That is like free money or creating money from the air that rains down on himself. Is there a legal limit to how much exploitation investors can legally be forced to endure? Is this really legal?

Inexplicably I have one million shares of VDRM that I have not sold and moved on from. I too have just a glimmer of hope that something good could happen. There are a lot of different drugs that could be delivered through the skin. If the technology works why couldn’t the company be a success?

On level 2 are you able to see when it is Dr. Otiko selling dilutive shares versus some other shareholder?
