The 3200 square foot facility is not just CBD extraction..Each facility has C.U.P. permit for extraction, growing and edibles. Nevada cant do anything right they have legal cannabis market and large amounts of their cannabis goes to the black market because it is illegal to sell product across state lines and they have a limited population with a over surplus like Oregon and Colorado.
