Exactly. SHMP management is all over the place with their comments and plans.

Gives the impression that they lack a plan and just shoot from the hip.

A recent example is the end of February harvest that never happened. Day after day the talk about the great harvest that is coming and how it will be independently verified by a 3rd party, and then suddenly they say they have decided to let the shrimp live for further testing.

Management acts inexperienced and "scammy" at times
