I honestly think defendants are going to drag this out as long as possible, take it to trial, and if they lose, they will appeal before Chanbond sees any of the award. They're hoping Chanbond runs out of money. I think they're hoping once the stock registration is revoked, and liquidity dries up, Chanbond will run out of money.
