Maybe IPO is being misused? Possibly a “public offering” since GRPS is already public and trading?
If so, the shares offered at the
“ public offering” would be dilution as described in the Wikipedia article here attached. Definitely need clarification regarding IPO, especially since IPO is stated in a PR!
