I do not think a new S-1 is required for every put notice up to the 16.8 m. I would think we will see the put notices as they come out, probably in an 8K. We shall see.

I still believe it is in the company's best interest to get the share price up a far as possible before selling the shares to GHS so I think we see some nice news come out, then get notification of the put right after. That is when it gets interesting. Will GHS go long with the shares or sell them short right after the news to maximize the initial proceeds, then cover lower to maximize their profit? Depends on the news I guess. All speculation on my part.
