No I am definitely not tight with the JL kinfolks but my though is the court docs that say the Chile court has empowered Rocco. So my thought being that Rocco is from Toronto, that can only in my mind mean that this is now going to come to Canada. So this is going to be fought in the Chile court system and the Canadian court system. I dont know if it will start in Toronto or Vancouver. Vancouver makes the most sense to me because the BCSC is in Vancouver and the fact that Barrick shut down their Toronto offices to move to Vancouver. Now being that the BCSC has lowered the boom on BJ based on lies and expert testimony from their witness from Chile, that also lied, would make sense that the BCSC drop all charges against BJ. If they dont show good faith then I would think that the penalties from the Chile court system will be massive. I just wonder how the Chile court system will assess damages. Just think 20 years of abuse, lies and corruption. So damages could be in the hundreds of millions or even billions against Barrick. Or make it very simple and just hand over their gold mines. Now what about the damages from the BCSC that has allowed this to carry on and happen. I wonder what they are going to do???????
