Excellent work! That supports what so many have said all along on this board - The SEC cannot divulge the existence or non-existence of an investigation or any information gathered until it’s made public. It may not be what everyone wants to hear, but it’s a fact - that’s the bottom line.

I spoke with a female “ombudsman”, has there been more than one woman in that position?

It sometimes takes so long and we’re all impatient - several of us here also post on another board that took about six years of complaints, phone calls, letters, etc. for the stock and it’s CEO to be charged with issuing materially false press releases to fraudulently induce investors to buy their stock. Let’s do all we can to add MRIB to the list of stocks the SEC takes down.
