Elementary school kids get a spring break?!? Jesus h.....when I grew up we had no breaks of any kind during the entire school year regardless of grade. Just checked my local school calendars, and this year spring breaks are all around Easter, so are many others in the state, but they've been shortened due to bad weather this winter and not enough snow days build into the calendar - that should be the case for a large part of the country. So if there's any truth to this "March scrips go down because of spring break" theory, April scrips are going to suck too - and that means the drop in pps is going to continue.
