This filing should be huge for SH confidence. As the meaning is deciphered and realized combined with upcoming hearing date, there should be a large pop on buying pressure this week. The market will start to figure out there are now 2 avenues of value: the company itself and the litigation recoveries that now become a backup plan. Short-term risk just got cut in half.
