Yes, I was continuing your point while answering the question about their current reporting status.

I believe they are about to return to the ANW ticker and need to file the 15 to establish their intention to change reporting habits as allowed by their new OTC membership.

But that tells us that THIS particular ticker will survive emergence, otherwise there is no reason to file a Form 15 for this particular ticker
