I don't think they have been because of the BK. Prior to that they had been holding up on reports while the audit team reviewed all the financials. So at this point it's been about a year since they've issued any reports.

In a nutshell, they delisted from NYSE during the BK process. The form 15 tells me they are ready to emerge from BK and intend to not follow the reporting procedures that were required as a member of NYSE.
