You obviously have never tried to sue anyone in the otc. It’s a waste of time and money. All OTC companies have to say is “we tried”, which you can’t prove they didn’t, or “every statement we made was forward looking”, which you can’t prove either. Trust me. I lost a pretty good chunk years ago that I thought was a good investment. Got several people in on it. Then BMM tipped it and I didn’t care because I did my DD before BMM got in it. I held on, kept averaging down clinging to my DD. Wound up with a 40k bag. That’s why to this day if I’m in something and BMM alerts I am out ASAP.
