Wow so all of the class action suit notices from lawyer seen on yahoo finance are part of an elaborate HOAX .Taking folks for a ride is not part of an elaborate HOAX so let you tell it.. I see class actions posted all the time but i forgot i have more than OTC stocks in my portfolio..
P.S. just got and letter regarding a class action suit in the mail and the company is trading on the OTC market..

My Due diligence will not be obliterated 4 legalis proposita.
