There is no reason for the SP to drop on NASDAQ. The only selling would come from institutions that are buying the offering. Rory said that won’t happen. They may exercise some warrants but that isn’t a terrible thing as Verb gets money from them.

As far as shorting goes nasdaq investors won’t short a stock that isn’t liquid. If there was an ounce of buying pressure the SP would increase to quickly for them to cover with a profit.
