Last Creditor (Piers) Paid Off on 2/25/2019-Does The Flow of Money Start Monday 3/25/2019?


1) I am expecting filings between now and end of Mar/2019

2) We should be hearing about DCR distributions concerning our DCR COOP shares of around 125 thousand distributed

3) I also believe we will see COOP doing business with WMILT for the purchase of Servicing Rights from Marker Holders

4) COOP MAY issue a preferred offering to Preferred Equity Interests and around 50 million COOP shares to Common Equity Interests for Servicing Rights

5) We should also be hearing before the end of Mar/2019 regarding WMMRC due ten year wind down ended 3/2019 as the money backing them (between 1 & 3 billion?) is no longer necessary as no new business has been added since the seizure

6) I really believe we MUST be hearing something very positive and constructive by end of Mar/2019 - Maybe not all of what we are looking for BUT some clarity SHOULD be in progress
