Not sure what these guesses are....if you mean 'bankruptcy', I never made a statement that BIEL was headed there, so I don't need to address it. Unfortunately, since the only way Andy has been able to raise substantial funds is via dilution, and given that path is temporarily closed, bankruptcy remains a possibility, and more of one now than it did prior to the SEC smack down, not matter its watered down version.

They sure werent meant to help the share price, which is supposedly what we're all waiting for. Correct me if I'm wrong about the share price thing.

I am waiting for the next run up to flip my latest holdings, you betcha. I am thinking poor Q4 fins will take us down a few more notches, then we may get some cheesy PR to drive the PPS higher. Holding out for a lovely profit at .005, when it should again remain true to form and tank accordingly.
