How did you determine its not SEC registered? Thanks.

Go to OTC Markets and click on "disclosure". There you'll see whether it's ever made any SEC filings (apart from Forms D and Reg A filings). Then check for a Form 15-12G to see whether it was once a registrant, but is no longer. If it is still a registrant, check to see whether it's delinquent.

But JNSH offers no complications: it's never been a registrant.
