Here is what I am thinking, as if anyone gives a damn.
On March 1 they felt confident enough to reduce the original S1 60 million down to 16.8 million via the S1A.

They did not put it into effect until today. Why? Well they have been to 2 conferences where they said they had great success (open to interpretation). I suspect they have some deals they are almost ready to announce and want to have the S1A in effect so that when the price rockets they can use that to raise the capital they need.

Remember GHS can only sell $300K every 10 days so if we have news and volume we wont even notice.
