A buyout is the last thing long term shareholders should want at this juncture. With 25 billion shares and a current price at .0008? Seriously?
NO experienced trader would want a buyout NOW!!!!! The only ones who would make money would be Uncle Bobo and family. A buyout crushes all the pipe dreams being presented here daily that longs have waited for well over ten years to see realized.

At a penny a share, lots of folks here would make money, but that represents a purchase price of 250 million, which you can forget, as the company today isn't worth close to that figure, and no big pharma or any distributors are inept enough to pay that for BIEL.
