Another tip off is the warrants they have. Clearly an event in the future will make the stock go up otherwise why take warrants that don't get to be worth anything. They haven't been dumping since the volume is so low even if they were it would take several years at this rate to sell them all as slow as its trading. I bet they all have a plan and this stock is heading for a monster run.
