That post of mine was from last week. Since that time, as I just wrote, I've spent a lot of time researching and corresponding with those making scam claims. As I did last week, I continued to insist on this board and on the fraud research DD board that people saying there was a scam present direct evidence connecting KYNC to the assorted scam artists such as Beastmode was referencing. That direct evidence I was asking for was indeed posted over the weekend, and more of it has been coming out... and it's been getting worse. So in that regard, I was very active in getting the evidence posted clearly. For people already familiar with the scammers, they could see this a mile away, but for the rest of us, more direct proof was needed. It's been a long day and it's late where I live, so I don't have the energy to go through all the previous posts and assemble said evidence, but you can see it if you look at posts by OTCPennyPincher, Beastmode, and others - and go check the fraud DD board.

So basically what's changed for me is that I pressed for real documentation showing a connection, and that documentation was unearthed and provided. I've been referencing the scam since Sunday in a slew of posts, and the evidence is so overwhelming now that I can't in good conscience defend KYNC in any way, even though I'm deep in the hole here. The one piece of evidence that really solidified the scam research for me was that Phil Sands of Cold River Capital just turned up in a Nevada Secretary of State filing as a director of another ticker orchestrating a similar scam, LGBS if I remember right, and that people on that board were pumping its stock by saying it was going to merge with KYNC.

Anyway, I've spent at least a dozen hours researching this and corresponding with people who sleuthed out the scam. They can do a better job of explaining it than I can. But OTCPennyPincher, Beastmode, and a few others including Janice Shell have put it all out there. Go to the fraud research board and read it for yourself. It's not possible to defend KYNC anymore. So even though his tone is often off-putting, which made some of us defensive, Beastmode seems to be correct, as are most others making similar claims about the scam.

I haven't seen any evidence the CEO is knowingly involved in the scam, and it's likely she's a victim in her own way.

I hate having to say all of this - it sucks getting suckered into a scam.
