Important RE: KYNC

There were 1.65 B shares added to the OS since that March 2018 3B share registration, so that means approximately 2B are used up at this point and 1B shares remain. It's factually very incorrect to say there are 2.7B shares that can be diluted.

As for Beastmode's conspiracy theories, he's conflated a blog called "Algae World News" with the entirely unaffiliated Algae World subsidiary of KYNC. I refer anyone to the conversation I've been having with Beast about this on the KYNC board. But in short, search Google for any of the names or companies Beast is referencing along with KYNC or Algae Word or KYNCs executives (past or present) and you get zero results. I've read the filings, PRs, registration statements, websites, and there's not one single connection between any of the admittedly shady characters Beast is referencing and KYNC. None. If there were, I'd be the first to join him in his quest to expose them.

Beast just presented me with what he construed to be solid evidence tying KYNC to the shady algae guy he's heard of, Surajit Khanna, and I looked it all up: every single link he presented is for a different company--it's all irrelevant without one single word that ties KYNC to Khanna. There's not even circumstantial evidence. "Algae World News," which exists largely to publish algae industry PR, has never published anything about KYNC or its affiliate Algae World. That's how unrelated they are. My post# 5080 on the KYNC board, as well as my previous responses to Beastmode, make this all clear. None of the lenders Beast is talking about are KYNC's lenders. There's no documentation of any kind suggesting they ever so much as walked down the same street let alone had any business relationship. It's a fabrication.

I don't like the share development this week with KYNC at all, and it's great to look into this or any stock when such unusual developments take place, but that doesn't mean the company's strings are being pulled by every OTC villain Beastmode has heard of. None of them are involved, and I've challenged him to provide any evidence. He can't because there's none.

In sum, everything Beastmode is saying is based on the false conflation of a blog called "Algae World News" (which was indeed started by Khanna, who is indeed tied to some shady lenders) with a private company called Algae World which merged with KYNC and which has never had anything to do with Khanna or any of his cohorts. I don't know how to be more clear about this. KYNC's Algae World subsidiary is simply a 100% different entity than the blog called "Algae World News." Beastmode, I applaud you on your research efforts, but they're all based on a very substantial mistake you made in thinking, very wrongly, that the Algae World affiliate of KYNC is the same thing as Khanna's "Algae World News" blog. Sorry, you're wrong - they're not the same thing.
