It is my belief the new company CWAT will do a reverse so as to leave the OTC and associated financing for Nasdaq etc which offers traditional financing and anaylst coverage.......

I speculate that upon their IPO the share price will rise to .002 and then a 2000 to one R/S would yield a share price of 4.00 a share based on 1 share per 2000 per million. I have 20 million so far and thus project a total share count of 10,000 shares at 4.00 that should split forward every 6 to 12months based on revenue numbers and franchise agreements. IMHO

My comments are pure speculation based on delusional thoughts of a senile ole man and no one should buy or sell based on said comments.

I love a good tease as Brian does as well.........and will say somewhere in my thoughts today reveals a startling revelation :)
