This is more like a bankruptcy than a buyout (that’s how it seemed to be priced). At this stage amarin is not a candidate for this. They have cash for 2 years of operating expenses and a pending market of 15-100million people in the US alone. FDA doesn’t go our way...maybe repost this then.



As per the original post, the only relation to AMRN is that sureties such as the Market Cap or cash plus assets being an accurate measure of the minimum value value of a company are always true until they are not. The same can be said for takeovers where the entity couldn't possibly been worth what it was purchased for and it turned out to be that it wasn't. Again, these scenario's expand the envelope beyond reasonable and rational.
