So in your opinion he has never said that we were going to be on the nasdaq prior to this and not to mention the comments about the offering price. I totally agree it was probably out of his control but if that’s the case don’t specify things. HUGE accomplishment to get a otc stock to the nasdaq but we have reached it yet
