I suggest you first try to identify those who have the dd stacked up since 2016. I don't file it personally. I just put most of the important items in memory and determine my comfort level with how the pieces fit any given scenario. Most of the deep digging was done a year or so ago and everything since then has just confirmed what we had already surmised. That's why we have held and added rather than selling.

My conclusions are that this outfit is VERY well connected to the government officials and have their backing, enough so that they are setting the standard that all of China will follow.
