I've seen nothing lately which indicates it's NOT a scam.

Getting current doesn't prove anything, so don't haul that old argument out of the basement as "proof."

Or else I'll post the docs on OTCM from where an owner of FOUR pinky scams (now charged with fraud) announced that he was able to get the DTC chill removed from one company.

It was accomplished using a fraudulent audit and it happened during the time he's accused of committing the fraud.


No one here has verified that the paperwork used to bring the stock current is exact.

Anyone can submit stuff to OTCM, as the "fake" 8-K clearly demonstrates. They don't verify a document's authenticity or accuracy, the simply post what's submitted to them.


I don't believe EEGI made a million dollars in 2017 and I don't believe they spent $32k on a nonexistent website.

So I have my doubts about the "current" status being legitimate as well.
