According to the twitter post, the company says no RS, but I am skeptical.

If they did a RS, the stock price would likely take a big hit, but then a couple weeks later, it could bounce back higher provided the company is moving in the right direction.

The share structure would be substantially better with an RS. 56 bil outstanding is crazy. Still, nobody wants to be holding during an RS.

Now, Anshu needs to do something with his other company's share structure (not a tenth as bad as here), but is finding ways to make the company strong before even considering such a move. Maybe Anshu will do the same here. Who knows.
