I will be very surprised if the new investors don't sell immediately into the market when the offering happens. Who wouldn't want an immediate 100% gain? Tier1 -- 4 year -- 10 year -- won't happen IMO.

My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
