I just want to elaborate. Restricted shares, shares that are owned by company insiders, cannot be sold on the open market during the stop sign.

However, there could be share offerings done if the company so chose. Furthermore, the TA is an impartial body who must update the share structure as the company reports it. AMFE reported their share structure earlier this month.

So unless they've done any bought financing deals in the last 10 days, there has been no dilution.
