Today is Nowruz, the Persian New Year, and Persia has always been famous for its carpets, so maybe it is the right New Year for the 1000 -> 5000 stock? However, returning something to a store means entering the store, buying something and then leaving the store with the thing. That points to the end of a holiday. Nowruz is supposedly a month-long celebration with a special day 13 days after Nowruz, which makes it difficult to call the end of the holiday. However, if it means after today, the official Persian New Year recognized globally, then maybe tomorrow is the day COWI puts out a PR after more than a year of no news?
