This in my view goes to show that, very likely, Institutional Money is headed our way pursuant to the S-1 Registration of up to $12 Million purchase of RETC Stock.


This means that in my view, this $500K+ and Additional moneys could be used to:


1) Buyback Shares - Reduce OS and Increase EPS - Because currently company is Cash Flow Positive and Most likely Profitable


2) Provide Seed Capital to finalize previous Major Acquisitions that require con-commitant capital pre-requisites. Such as:

Acquisition of J Peterman which needs Up To a $3 million investment capital prior closing & yields company new + $20 Million in Revenue.
