It is, and has been, a total loss for years now. Nobody is getting any dividends, nobody is getting free VGTL shares.

So if VGTL got all the assets then wouldn't that make MIKP worthless now. Not that it wasnt already but I see it as official now that MIKP is dead. We have nothing to sell so we finally get the official screw the way I see it with a promise of a few shares of VGTL that we will probably never see. Unless you can tell me something different I see this as a total loss.
