Yazbeck is suing (former MYDX Chief Medical Officer) Jessica Peatross. She in turn filed a cross-complaint against Yazbeck and MYDX.

Will be very interesting to see how all of this unfolds. Her response to Yazbeck’s complaint and her own complaint are very interesting reads. Talk about paying nothing.

Yazbeck filed a motion to take her company into receivership and get a preliminary injunction were denied.
